Bio
Received his BEng from Xi’an Highway University, China, an MSc from Yamaguchi University (Japanese Government Scholarship), and a PhD (information sciences) from Tohoku University, Japan. Worked as a research fellow and deputy director of the International Input-Output Analysis Group, IDE-JETRO, and as a policy analyst in the Directorate for Science, Technology, and Industry, OECD, visiting scholar in the United States International Trade Commission, senior research officer in Columbia Business School, before assuming his present position.
