Chief Scientific Adviser Matsuyama Appointed Resident Scholar of Chicago Fed
Chief Scientific Adviser Kiminori Matsuyama has been appointed Resident Scholar of the Macro Policy Group in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. During his residency, he will continue to pursue his own research while providing intellectual leadership by advising and collaborating with the Research Department staff.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is one of 12 regional Reserve Banks across the United States that, together with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., serve as the central bank for the United States. The Chicago Fed serves the Seventh Federal Reserve District that includes Iowa and most of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
